ABSTRACT
Este artigo tem como objetivo problematizar as práticas da Psicologia no campo do Processo Transexualizador, buscando entender como esses saberes vão emergindo e produzindo formas de existência e práticas sobre a população que está dentro desse dispositivo. A Psicologia é uma das responsáveis por criar esses saberes, que subjetivam essa população e apontam como ela deve ser governada. Nessas trilhas, podemos pensar como a Psicologia já ocupou o lugar que patologiza e reforçava o entendimento de anormalidade, evidenciando uma população que deve ser governada. Contudo, é também por encontrar outros saberes e até mesmo entrar em contato com os movimentos sociais que a Psicologia encontra outros caminhos para despatologizar e produzir práticas que entendam as diferentes formas de existência e as possibilidades do corpo trans.
This paper aims to problematize the practices of Psychology in the field of the Transsexualization Process, in an attempt to understand how those knowledges have emerged and produced ways of existence and practices related to the population within this device. Psychology is one of the areas that have created those knowledges, which both subjectify this population and point out the way it must be ruled. In this path, we could think about how Psychology has occupied the place that pathologizes and reinforces the understanding of abnormality, thus evidencing a population that should be ruled. Este artículo tiene como objetivo problematizar las prácticas de la Psicología en el campo del Proceso de Transexualización, buscando comprender cómo está surgiendo este conocimiento y produciendo formas de existencia y prácticas sobre la población que se encuentra dentro de este dispositivo. La Psicología es una de las responsables por crear este conocimiento, que subjetiva a esta población y señala cómo debe ser gobernada. Por este camino, podemos pensar en cómo la Psicología ya ha ocupado el lugar que torna patológica, y refuerza la comprensión de la anormalidad, destacando una población que debe ser gobernada. Sin embargo, es también para encontrar otro conocimiento e incluso contactar movimientos sociales que la Psicología encuentra otras formas de despatologizar y producir prácticas que entiendan las diferentes formas de existencia y las posibilidades del cuerpo trans.
